I switch between doing 20 rep squat full body routines and split routines. Im getting ready to come off my full body and back to a split but Im thinking of changing things up a bit this time. My best days to lift are sun, mon, wed, and fri so usually my split looks like this:

SUNDAY:LEGS MONDAY:CHEST/TRI WEDNESDAY: BACK/BI's FRIDAY:SHOULDERS.

I don't want to switch up the days I lift because it fits my schedule perfectly, but im thinking of switching to:

SUNDAY: CHEST MONDAY: BACK WEDNESDAY: SHOULDERS FRIDAY:LEGS/BI's/TRI's

I Thought maybe if switched it up like this and gave myself a day to focus more on the arms i might make some better gains. Can anyone see any obvious overlaps or have any advice as to which routine is better or even a better routine? Change the order maybe?
