directed to the site mods...
is there a lifespan on threads in the forvm?
the reason i ask is i recently searched for some old threads from maybe 18-24mths ago & i cant find them, even with an advanced search....
i realise bandwidth is an important commodity here, but some info from the past is really useful...and it looks like it has been discarded....which is a pity....

If you know the keyword(s), it's a simple matter of a "title" search. The trick is to search specifically in the titles, not the "entire post". I guessed "link" based on what you were asking for and this thread came up instantly. Enjoy.

It takes some playing around to search for older threads but unless a thread was a spamming thread, it will still be here.
