-my goals with this diet is to lower some body fat while adding a bit of lean mass
-im 5.5 -180 pounds
-also with this diet i will cycle my carbs by having a low and high day 3 days low 2 days high and repeat
-i will not be using shakes because of tight money as if right now

meal 1 : 6 eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 banana 1/2 2 percent milk, 2 packets splenda 1 multi tab
meal 2 : 8oz ground turkey, 1 cup brown rice, 1 fruit , 1 fish oil cap
meal 3: 2 eggs, 1 can tuna, 1 cup brown rice, 1 tblspn brown mustard
meal 4: 8oz ground beef , 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup mixed veggies or salad, 1 fish oil cap
meal 5: 3 cans tuna with 1 tblspn brown mustard, 2 tblspn of natural penut butter 1 cup mixed veggies.
meal 6: 6 oz ground turkey breast
1 gallon water per day

=roughly 186 grams of protien a day

i dunno personally i think thats alot of food and carbs

this is my cut i started 2 weeks ago and im dropping bodyfat already...with no cardio..

8am-whey isolate protein shake 50 grams pure protein no carbs nothing

1130-12 -4 egg whites with a packet of unflavored oats

230-300-2 thin sliced chicken breast

4pm pre workout- 1 scoop waxy maize

intra workout-water

post workout-50 grams pure whey isolate

630-7pm- 3 egg whites 1 thin sliced chicken breast

10pm- 6 egg whites

1230-1am-50 grams whey protein isolate


i also throw in some olive oil and take EFA caps.
i use NO carbs on the weekened strictly all protein and moderate fat because i dont train on the weekend.

i made this diet up by myself and it has been doing wonders and im never hungry.

how are u carb cycling with one diet. is that the high carb day i hope

That might be too many carbs to cut down wit ...I knw 1/3 cup of uncooked browns rice is 50grams of carbs. Check out the HONORED section, team red: the cutters thread. Im in that contest n using the diet on that tread n have dropped from 11.3% bodyfat to 6.5% so far n lost 17lbs n maintained all my lean muscle mass but good luck wit your diet

u should add up eberything and see how many calories that is

looks like u might want to cut down on some food here and there

i also think youre taking in more than 186g protein

in that diet its my high carb day
i would cut out the fruit....and only keep 2 cups of rice and replace the renaming carbs with veggies
