on my 2nd week of 5/3/1 here is what i have been doing so far.. sets and rep ranges for accessory exercises will vary

bench 5/3/1
incline db (3-4 sets)
db rows (3-4 sets or 1-2 of kroc rows)
decline cgbp (2-3 sets)
bb or db curls (2-3 sets)

squats 5/3/1
sldl
leg press
abs

standing military press 5/3/1
seated db press (2-3 sets)
chins (weighted or bw depends, 3-4 sets)
dips (see above)
side laterals (3 sets)

deadlifts 5/3/1
shrugs (3 sets)
lunges
good mornings
abs

If you are making gains then its good. Remember, the assistance lifts are for assistance. Give it a cycle or two and then reassess.

AFter this can of Cuts i will start my bulk. Good reference if i go the 5/3/1 route.
