for those of you who buy chicken breast which is usually costly ????

guess again...

you can ask a butcher for chicken breast strips which is just the parts that were trimmed off. it's the same thing as the breast but cheaper.

Anyone else have any savings tips????

This is a great idea. Thanks. I'\ve got to head to the grocery store later today and I know the butcher there!

Yessir, the market by my house has a butcher, and he hooks me up with breast strips! I only pay about 3-4 dollars for a package.

Toso, the strips are those really tender bits that are attached to the chicken breast yeah?

And they are CHEAPER than regular breast ?!?
