Well I'm finally ready to get to this. Its been a long await, but I feel a lot better about everything. I have go my diet where I want it and training a lot harder. I have seen awesome strength gains in the past few months with very minimal supplement use. So adding everything in the stack to what I have right now will put me where I wanna be.

THE STACK
In order of taking them
-Aminos
-GainFast/RealGain (Depends on the mood)
-Uni-Liver (4 with every meal)
-Omega (Breakfast)
-Pak (Lunch)
-Test
-Stak
-Pump
-Intra-Aid
-Torrent

THE DIET
-5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 2 scoops of GainFast (or Realgains Serving) - Blender
-Protein/Meal Replacement Bar
-Two big Turkey/Roast Beef sandwiches (Thinking about making this hamburgers)
-GainFast/Realgains Shake
-10-12oz steak with 1-2 potatoes
- Gainfast/Realgain shake

First Day, Ripped up Chest!

Incline BB 135x10, 185x10, 205x8, 225x6, 135x8 (Rest at the Bottom)
Flat BB 185x8, 205x8, 225x6, 135x8 (Rest at the Bottom)
Incline DB Flies 40x12, 50x10, 60x8
Machine Flies 3 Sets - Wasn't watching the weight but it was heavy!
Decline Smith - 3 Sets to failure

Weight: 197lbs

Really good pump today, after incline I was feeling pretty blown up.
I can't wait to see what the stack has to hold. I'm glad to be back on test boosters I love them, feel like a dang animal in the gym. And Intra-Aid during...very good, had lots of good energy to push through at the end.

My Chest is pretty sore today from yesterday, but it feels great. Can't wait to hit back up tonight. Its an overcast rainy day here and all I wanna do is spend it up in the gym.
I got my Animal Zip-Up yesterday just in time for the cooler weather. Its awesome, I'm gonna where it everywhere!

Side note: I'm gonna be adding some CarbMax in with Intra-Aid for my workout drink. Not that it effect anything but just nice to have some more carbs in there.

Big Day today. Was alittle tired but by the time I got up there I was ready to go. My whole back is feeling massive. I haven't done Wide Grip Pulldowns in awhile so those felt great, notice a big improvement. Loving Test and Stak so far....towards the end of a set I'll tell myself to push one more out, I'm gonna make this Test do wonders!!!!

I'm really loving this stak. My Chest and Back are feeling huge. Its been a long time since my back have felt this pumped. I can' only imagine the weeks to come. Got Legs today...can't wait to tear it up. One of my friends is up there on Wednesday doing legs too and He's and Animal guy too. So its always fun.

Really busy in the gym today! But I pushed everyone aside. Had my Animal tee on and was digging deep. I know I'm gonna be feeling all that the next few days. Feeling great with this stack tho.

Rear Delt Cables Pulls 4sets of 12 (20-40lbs)
BB Shrugs 135 (warmup) 225x15, 275x15, 315x12,
Switched to Rear Shurgs 225x15, 135 burn out

Oh man...I was feeling it today! Huge PUMP....I have been doing this workout (with some changes) for the pass four weeks and completely love it. My delts have grown big time, people are stopping me and telling me man you look alot wider,what are you doing? Ths House is right forget, drop the shoulder press and focus on the side raises and BOOM!
This stuff is really great....I feel alot bigger, I know its only been a week but I'm really feeling it.

Weight: 199.5lbs....if the workout wasn't exciting enough....almost 200!!!!! (+2.5lbs)

Rev BB Curls 4 Sets...this is on a shorter bar, not sure how much it weighs
Wide Grip Preacher Curls 3 set...complete burn out!

One Arm Overhead tri extensions 25x12, 30x10, 30x8
Cable Pushdowns to Failure....I dont really like Cable pushdowns...I dont really feel it.
Forearm curls 4 sets to failure

What a day! My arm are blowin up....there was hardly anyone in the gym and I was pumped. I really like those Rev BB curls by the time I go to the Preacher I could hardly bend my arm. Incline and Decline skulls always a favorite. I could hardly cut up my potatoes for dinner when I got home. I'm looking for to a day of rest tomorrow, gonna eat up and take it easy.

Second off day...Today

Supplement schedule is the same as yesterday. Arms are feeling good and hard. Very glad to have some rest. Yesterday it was so nice out, I went out with a few friends to this natural trail which was pretty cool. Walked all through the woods sippin on BCAA stack the whole way.

Looking to get out again and ride the bike around, here in a few.

Looking forward to getting back in the gym Monday and blowing Chest!

Side note: I picked up some BCAA Stak (Grape) this weekend and having that through out the morning with some energy drink mix. Pretty good little combo.

Flat DB: 60x15, 80x15, 90x12, 100x8x6
Incline DB: 70x10, 80x8x8
Machine Flys: 4 sets, Last set One away from the whole stack
Decline BB: 135x15, 185x12, 225x8
Incline Flys: 40x12, 50x10

The Incline DBs felt weird for some reason, like the bench wasn't lower enough. I was to comfortable there. The Flat DB took it outta me fast...pumped up quick! Felt real good tho...the decline at the end really felt good to get that all around chest. You can tell its been awhile on since I've done DB...hah!

Weight: 199

Get back in the swing of things that will go above 200. Time to eat up!

Really good day, the squats felt great and then the leg press was insane. My whole quad and hamstrings were dying! I could hardly walk outta the gym and forget about the stairs. Always great to have a great leg day!

Big Day...I love shoulder days. Went all out on the lat raises, they felt so good I didn't wanna stop. The Rear delts were a killer and then hitting upright rows, I was pumped up and kept pushing and pushin. I'm noticing a big improvement on my delt shape they are lookin wider and fuller. Had to workout early today, headed up to St. Louis this weekend. Big pump today, the BB curls were feeling good. The Rev Curls felt real good and close grip bench was good to get back in there. The incline skulls I was up to 45's a side with the ez curl bar for 12 reps. I had to leave but man I wanted to keep going wit that feeling.

Nice man, if it work stay with it. I love it. What stack you got coming? Fankhouser said it in a video, here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWvFq1s6ccU he has a good point. And I have been doing the workout in the video for about 5 weeks now and seen real good growth.

Oh man thats stinks you can't see. Well if you wanna search for an none youtube video of it, it's called: House Reconstruction: Erik Fankhouser trains deltoids. He was just saying that you get most of your pressing motion in with flat and incline bench and some other things. So there no need to do them on shoulder day and to really grow the delt the side lat. raises are the best way to develop the delt and make it wider. Its a good point, I do alot of incline bench so I dont even worry about on shoulder days.

This is what I have done, mainly focusing on middle and rear delts, Its a real good idea!

Shock and Stak, theres some good stuff. Put those to good use.

All this weight felt heavy today. I had to push through it, felt real good tho. After those Flys I was done. That decline felt like 300lbs. Feeling real solid and just blown up,its awesome. I got a awesome surprise when I step on the scale today!

Thought I would give an updated diet for everyone.

Meal 1: 5 eggwhites, 1/2 cup of oats, serving of RealGains
Meal 2: Protien Bar
Meal 3: 8-10oz ground beef and 1-.5 a potato
Meal 4: GainFast Shake
Meal 5: 10-12oz Steak with big potato
Meal 6: GainFast Shake

I have seen must better results with the ground beef and potatoes for lunch over sandwiches. This is adding good weight my waist is the same and my shirts/hoodies are getting tighter.

Man someone let the Beast outta the cage today. I was in the zone and just feeling it. I watched Wrath's back video before I got up there to get me pumped and then about half way through my workout one of my friends come up to me and said
'Man your just looking...BIG, I'm serious I see you walk in here is like boom.'
So that made even more pumped. Real good day, felt really sore today from chest, just sorta dragging all day till I hit the gym and it came alive.
All I have to say is Animal Test....THE REAL DEAL!

Man pretty good day, my lower back was pretty sore still from deadlifts so I didn't get to go as heavy as I wanted to on squats. But still not to bad. The Leg press was a killer. My calfs feel alot more pumped then everything else, alittle strange. But still felt good, I wish we had a different leg curl machine. I don't like the one we have.

Weight: 203.5lbs Staying steady, thinking about adding a few more carbs somewhere

I'm loving it, Test truly is the Best Supp I have ever takin. Its just getting better everyday.

Yeah I'm thinking about adding some greens next week and more oats. Just to get more carbs in there. The added beef has been awesome tho.

My delts were ON FIRE after those Front BB Raises. The side lat raises felt great had huge pump and then I just plowed through the everything else. Rear delts were killing me and the upright rows...man I wanted to leave the delts on freakin fire!
I was running outta time so I rushed throught some DB Shrugs, still felt real good.

I can defiantly feel Test kicking in. I'm sweating alot more and once you get in that zone there's no stop you.

But I did the delt work yest. and it was really good. I di alot of reps, did 4 DB supersets, 10 each so 40 reps per set. Did this on each front side and rears, then did shrugs. Thanks, I will try this for a mont and see what results I get. Keep up the hard work.

Yeah man, I bet that workout was good. I know mine was. My delts are really sore today. Love those raises, I have done alot of presses in the past and the focusing on the side lat raises has given me more growth then all those presses. And rear delt work is awesome..it'll make you look alot wider and alot of people leave it out of thier shoulder training. Looks good man, keep it up. By the way you get your stack yet?

I was in the zone here my arms were blown up and solid as a rock. Hardly anyone in the gym so I could move pretty quick through everything and boy was I focused. The wide grip preacher are just plain awesome. Rev grip curls felt really good today. I used the straight bar for the skulls, its a shorter straight bar, and man they felt a lot better. Using that for now on. That last set of DB curls was insane I could bearly curl the 25s because my arms would not bend anymore. Felt so good.

Yeah man, I bet that workout was good. I know mine was. My delts are really sore today. Love those raises, I have done alot of presses in the past and the focusing on the side lat raises has given me more growth then all those presses. And rear delt work is awesome..it'll make you look alot wider and alot of people leave it out of thier shoulder training. Looks good man, keep it up. By the way you get your stack yet?

Awesome man, nothing like gettting those new cans and wanting to dive it. Wait your doing another NO, Shock is NO.....are you doubling up on it? I was taking Shock pre adn then doing like half a scoop during, Whoa that was awesome. But you go through the tub faster but it was something.

Yeah, I guess i will have to come off the other NO then. I took it together when I got my free stuff and it was awesome. Can I just take it as my mid day/pre workout dose of the other NO? Or is shock a full day dose of NO?

Yeah you can take it as a mid day no that's will work or take it when you wake up to five you a boost!

Sunday was an off day as well. Went to the store and loaded up on steaks, beef and potatoes. I cooked my lunches for the week and got everything laid out. This week start my SECOND can of Test & Stak. Can't believe I'm already half way through this. Been really awesome so far, ready for week 4.

Oh man felt huge today....I wanted to get going but I grab the 60's to do some flat DB press to finish and I only got 6...ha, time to go! I had a huge pump. I really wanted to start with Flat BB Bench but everyone was on them, ya know INTERNATIONAL Chest Day today! So thats why I start on incline because no is ever one them. Saw a friend I haven't seen in about a year and he was like WHOA...look at you! Haha...always good to hear!

-Felt pretty good today, the wide grip pulldowns felt awesome. Real good stretch and squeeze.

-Think next week I'm gonna head back to the Hammer Machines and see the growth.

I was feeling it today, I was watching some videos of Hola_Bola doing legs today at work and I was inspired. Ready to tear it up...the squats felt really good, just digging deep for everyone. Love that leg press I got 10 pps I think it'll only hold 12 so I'm almost there to fill it up. That'll be an awesome day.

Test is working though, I have seen alot of growth and strength gains so far. The drive you get from this stuff is one thing, but its the ability to actually preform the drive is what Test gives you. Side note I'm surprised at how lean I'm staying through out this, always a good thing when packing of size!

I have been really full this whole week, I feel like I am always eating and man its exhausting some times. But I'm loving the progress I am making, so its all good.

I had a huge pump and wasn't really paying attention to weight or really reps. I was just going till I could not go anymore. The Rev Curls felt really good, stayed with those and the skulls are feeling a whole lot better with a straight bar. More comfortable and works it better. Alright those BB Kickbacks are insane, WAY better then DB kickbacks and I was dying on these my tris were so dead. Felt really good today.

Glad it is friday!!!! I need some rest, my traps are hurts and my delts have felt dead all day.

I saw a buddy in the gym who I haven't seen since week 1 of this stack and he was like man you have packed on some mass. So AT and hard work is paying off!

Weight: 209lbs - I didn't believe it, stood there and got off and then got back on like three times to be sure.

Thought I would switch it up and throw in some presses. They felt really good, I was impressed with the feeling since I haven't done them in awhile. Side Lat Raises were real good, looking wide. Shrugs were good....was stretching the traps the whole time. And man when I started this log steering wheels were killing me with a 25lbs plate. And now wow I'm going all day with it even went up to a 35lbs plate it felt so good. When you think you have reached the best of Animal Test, it keeps giving it to you!

i am doing pretty good with what we have. There is really all the basics except the squat rack. We are making due. I have gained some serious size since I have been her in almost 3 months. My first can of stack is almost done. Tomorrow. Will take the recommended week off it unless someone thinks I shouldn't. Then start my 2nd can. When I am done with my 2nd can I will go on test and maybe cuts. I really havnt researched it yet. And I am digging my size gains. Just really need to add some cardio when I get a month out from going home.

42 Days on Animal Test and the Verdict is......Get on it as fast as you can!

Animal Test Review

DOSING
I took it the recommended times, one hour before my workout (4PM) with a RealGains or GainFast shake. Then about 30 mins after that I would take Stak and Pump together. I kept the dosing schedule times pretty close to the same, even on off days. This is key to staying with it.

OTHER SUPPS
I was Stacking Animal Test with:
-Stak (30 min PreWO)
-Pump (30min PreWO)
-Uni-Liver (4 with each meal)
-Torrent (Post)
-Intr-Aid (Intra)
-RealGains / GainFast (In between meals)
-Pak (Lunch)
-BCAA Stack (AM and Intra)

MEAL PLAN
I started this log with an alright diet but I switched it up in the middle. By changing my lunch from sandwiches to 12-18oz of ground beef and one potato. I really liked this it a lot easier to eat and I saw a bog improvement to my weight gain. Other then that everything was pretty much the same.

Breakfast: 5eggs, 1cup oats, 2 scoops GainFast in the Blender
Lunch: 12-18oz ground beef and 1 potato
Snack: Protein Bar
Snack: RealGains/GainFast Shake, with 1/4cup of oats
Dinner: 16-18oz Steak and Big Potato
Before Bed: RealGains/GainFast Shake

WEIGHT
I started this log at 197lbs and wasn't sure what to expect as far as gains go on Test. I kinda thought 205 would really good. But just a few weeks in and I was over that. I just could not believe got up to 212lbs. This is the heaviest I have ever been and I feel great.

STRENGTH
About week three I really started to notice the strength increase. I would be on my last sets and could push through more reps then I normally could. Half the time I would just add more weight, thinking "Hey I'm on ANIMAL TEST PUSH IT!" So thats what I did I went as heavy as I could the every workout. All my lifts have increased pretty dramatically. On squats I have notice a big strength increase, Before this I was 225x6 and now 275x10 & 295x6. So +40lbs on squats. I'll take it and my legs are alot bigger, my underwear are pretty tight around my thighs.

OTHER EFFECTS
I didn't notice any real negative side effects from anything during this run. I noticed more sweating in the gym, thats because when this stuff kicks in you are in the zone and are just tearing it up. But other then that I would say side effect free. I have never had any negative side effects from anything Animal/Universal has put out. The stuff is top notice and just works!

POST ANIMAL TEST
I am going to continue this log with the recommended M-Stak by Animal. I will also be adding Natural Sterol Complex(NSC). I really love NSC, I was on it before they updated the formula so I'm excited to see how the new stuff works. So stay with on here and hopefully I can make some more gains and improvements. CONCLUSION
With all that said, Animal Test is the best supplement I have ever taking and I have tried many test booster, etc. With a good gaining diet and hard training sessions Animal Test can do the same for you. The drive and physical ability you have in the gym on this stuff is unbelievable. It really is like you become an Animal. I would get people coming up to me all the time saying "man what are on?", "your lookin big" , and so on. People noticed, I would tell them and say if wanna be big you gotta eat big too.

Pretty good day those first two workouts I was moving pretty quick. Then I started to slow down. Those Close Grip Pulldowns always feel amazing, not completely straightening your arms and keeping the tension on your lats, GREAT! Another thing I took from Fankhouser. I have noticed I'm a bit more hungrier then normal. Like before lunch I have a class and usually I'm fine through it. Not today, I almost busted out the beef. Instead I popped a few amino tabs. So M-Stak is kicking in.

Real good session, felt large and in charge. The side raises felt real good, I was doing them slow with no momentum and holding. Felt great. The laying rear raises are fantastic, I have seen lots of growth in my rear delts with these. I was reading in one of the muscle mags about how behind the back shrugs are better for trap development, so I thought I would go all out on those. I felt stronger with it behind the back that for sure. It seem to feel better, could get a better stretch on them. And the steering wheels are just insane. I was dying on that last set.

Thanks man, steering wheels are when you hold a 25lb plate (or whatever your you can handle) straight out in front of you and rotate it like a steering wheel. Its burns them delts up quick!! I saw them on a Fankhouser video. Try them out I started with a 25 and that was rough.

I adjusted the height on the incline bench and made it more chest then delt and man that felt alot heavier. I didn't think it would really make that much of a difference, but it did. Had a huge pump from it though. The Incline DB felt good, I didn't feel like going all out on them after the BB incline. I took my time tonight, I usually do more exercises but felt like taking it slower.

Weight: 210lbs I feel heavier then that, I was thinking that was gonna say 215.

I was watching some videos today of Dennis Wolf and Fankhouser doing back so I kinda combined something. I wanted to switch things up. Man by the time I got to BB Rows my back was feeling blowin up. I had to keep from using my lower lats on those. Felt great tho, the Straight Bar Cable Row Pull things are great to get the top part of the back squeeze. I really like the Close Grip Pulldowns those feel really good, don't extended your arm all the way and keep that tension on the lats. Burn'em up quick!

Good workout, I had no idea what I was gonna do today and it turned out really good. BB Rows felt great. Deads-I didn't want to go all heavy with squats coming up tomorrow. I'm really liking that Standing Cable Row movement. Its a great way to end back with a good squeeze and burn.

The Lunges were a big killer, and hitting up leg curls after that I thought my hamstrings were gonna cramp up. They felt so tight! I could feel that stretch the whole way up my quad. Big Day! Blasted it out last workout day on M-Stak, I'll finish it on off days. Switched it up started with DB and what a difference, I took them to exhaustion and BB curls were killer, I kept it a strict as possible. Close Grip with Decline skulls is a good combo, I can't even flex my tri's right now, and bearly bend my arm. Huge pump, and couldn't walk outta there with out doing some hammer's to just put the finishing touch on them bi's. Felt reall good up there.

-Well this whole Journey has be a BIG success, far exceeded my expectations. I Highly Recommend this stak to anyone, with a good solid diet and train like crazy this stack will add the mass! Hey, man, great journey. I think I am going to get some test and cuts and try that out for my next stak, I will have to do a little research first. I will take a couple weeks off the supps but keep pushing the weights. Will be nice to see the fam for sure.

Thanks man, When I was on Test I noticed that I stayed pretty lean for everything that I was eating. Leaner then when I got on M-Stak. Yeah check it out and let me know if you start up a log or anything.

I just skimmed through this but very detailed log bro.....so you gained about 12-13 pounds? Very nice.

I'm starting the same cycle in about 2 weeks so it's good to see your results...I'm a little heavier at around 257 but I hope to add some good lean mass.

Kon, ordered my test 33 days ago. Still not here. Mail system is fucked over here. Received a package from my wife in 12 days. Would rather have my Test. But at least she sent protein bars.

Damn GUNS, I feel you on that. Korea has a crazy customs system, which means you can track the package but sometimes it can take a month EXTRA to arrive because of custom laws, maybe longer.

Just made my order. I'll starting this up soon. I'm going to get into this probably mid-week. I normaly don't like to do that, But I hoping to be done with by the Arnold and I'm alittle behind schedule. Really excited to hit it hard, I have been added more calories and added more intensity to my workouts. Looking for big results.
