So basically heres my dilemma. About 8 months back i hit 500 on squats; which was a great accomplishment for me especially because i did it weighing 180. Apart from that of course conditioning and other lift were exceptional
Over Head press 250
dead lift 525
But hey am not here to talk numbers....My plan was to compete in my first strongman competition. Unfortunately for me i made the decision to wrestle and suffered an injury to my knee. I already have tendonitis which is already bad but long story short i hyper extended my left knee.
After wrestling was over i got back into the gym to get back to where i was before. Unfortunately am having trouble getting my squat back to where it was before.

First off i fear that i may have over trained in my eagerness to get my squat back to 500 and i keep running into plateaus after plateaus.

My stats right now are:
i weigh 170
Overhead press 225
dead lift 495
Squat 315 ( DAMNIT!!!!)
Weird cause my dead lift is still pretty high up considered to my squat.
So basically at this point the Animal Forum is my last resort. I really hope you guys can help me out. I'd truly appreciate it. Thanks....
