Fellas!! I'm back at the Forvm.....took a long time away..for no particular reason, just was kinda all over the place and not at the computer as much as I used to be. Training has never been better however. Here are some up to date PRs and rep stuff since i've posted.

Current Bodyweight = 262lbs

Box Squat = 455 x 1, 405 x 1
Deadlift = 505 x 1
Rack Pull = 585 x 1
Dumbell Shoulder Press = 100s x 10, 120s x 3
Dumbell Bench = 120s x 10, 140s x 5
Bench = 315 x 6, 225 x 23
Incline Bench = 275 x 6, 315 x 1

Def some of my highest numbers......comin off the Olympia Weekend in Vegas as well. One hell of a show to say the least.....

Legs Tonight 9/29/2009

Box Squat = 135 x 10, 225 x 5, 315 x 5, 365 x 5, 405 x 5
Leg Press = 4pps x 12, 6pps x 12, 8pps x 12, 10pps x 9
Extensions (1 single right leg, 1 single left lef, 1 dual leg = 1 rep) 3 x 12-10 reps

Seated Hamstring Curl = 4 x 12
Laying Hamstring Curl = 3 x 12-10

Standing Calf Raise = 5 x 15

Been really enjoying box squatting, mostly using it to keep a constant depth going, seems to be my main downfall squatting is that I'm all over the place. Been helping alot.

Anyways, definitely missed you guys, and looking forward to seeing everyone else progress!!
