I went from 300 pounds weak and depressed to 256 pounds now and stronger then ever.

My goal is to get a six-pack and be much stronger.

I've lost weight by EATING BIG AND TRAINING HARD.

Losing weight comes down to eating the right foods and lifting heavy.

This video is basically a step inside to my madness and inner animal.

I tried not to be shy and tried to be very creative with the posing/music.

hope you guys like it.

The video has some pretty lame music due to the music copyright laws.

Music wasn't too bad bro. A nice deep bass and that's all you need to get the head bobbin', haha.

Awesome progress thus far man. You've come a long way and its only going to get better for you. Stay up.

Out of all the uncopyrighted music available on my movie maker that was the most "hardcore" tune I could find. lol. it works I guess.

wow, thanks alot man.

as far as cardio goes, I did a lot of fast walking and bike work. More on the stationary bike cause of my knee surgery. And I also worked construction with my father. (masonry) So I was VERY active. As of right now, I'm eating close to 4000 calories a day and doing 45 mins to 1 hour cardio 4 times a week. And I work most of the week and lift practically everyday.

So far so good.
But like G Diesel said, this is just beginning...
