Ya bro I have well and still adding have set up a pretty solid Trainig Studio, in the workshop my dad built yrs ago. Since he passed away I have converted it. Still have 1 or 2 machines I want and I need a couple more 45's. What I would really like but cant afford right now is 2 100 lb power lifting plates that would be the shits brother.

I wish I would have known I could make vids yesterday with the weighted dips, next week lol.

Started with 225x1, 295x1, 325x1 1 attempt at 415 ( did not get full lockout, then this lift and then finished with 3 reps at 375

Nothing but Personal Records today CGP, standing Barbell Presses, Upright Row's. This boy has unbelievable potential is whats been said, and I plan on pursuing that with a vengence so be scared boys this Old Man is going to blow past you like your standing still!

This is a 70 degree Leg Press and If you know your shit, you know this aint no 45degree Leg press you also know this is harder than a 45 degree.
just finished 4 sets of Squats 165x8, 185x6, 205x5, 225x4.

Its in a small building my dad built 15 yrs ago for his workshop. When He passed into heaven, I started building my gym. Its taken me 4 years to get it to where its at, got a few more additions to get, couple more plates and DB's then some work on the outside ( Gymnastic stuff like outside pullup bars, parellel bars, I want to build a rope tower ( for climbing) and complete my Boxing area. So far its my gem, soon I am going to start my Advertising to see if I can start building a cientelle. I now have the wall with my Banner painted Yellow and have 1 more yellow wall to do then the trim and my gym will be Universal Colors ( Yellow and Black )

And the days nutrition and Supplements I did from lunch on in order to hit these!!!!

Alright naps over, Eating first of 3 pre training/ Pre lift meals.
I am showing this pre lift plan and would love to hear your responses to this meal and supplement plan of action.

took a 40 minute mid morning nap woke up to Thermadrene, 2 Beef Amino, 1 Calcium D cap
the plan is this is 2.5 hrs away from the Gym.

at 2.o hrs out- 1/3 lb grass fed free range burger, 1 med Sweet Potato with salsa.
supplements - 1 Fish Oil, Chromium, Multi V, 1 L Carnitine, 24 oz water

1.75 hrs out- later Fiber Cap

At 1.0 Hrs out - Plain High GI Russet potato with a Protein Drink of 1 scoop SP Specialized and 1 scoop Whey ISO with water, Luecine, Creatine, and 1 scoop Carb Max

at .75 hr out another serving Thermadrene

at .25 hr away Pre Session drink w/ with water, Luecine, Creatine, and 1 scoop Carb Max, Arginine,
Animal Stak, EPA cap, 1 serving beef Aminos

after getting dressed 1 serving BCAA Max

Intra drink w/ with water, Luecine, Creatine, and 1 scoop Carb Max.

Thru the session beef aminos and BCAA max as needed.

I think should get me refulled and ready to Kick Ass!

Thx guys, hey Dano just read B Cons gonna run a Double Animal Test Cycle, I think I may add Test in the 3rd week of my Animal Stak then a month with M Stak again. I wanna see how the results will be.

Came in Today with the intention of doing Leg work, but when my friends started giving me Crap about missing the 115 lift on Saturday well I just got fired up and said "LETS DO IT" warmed up my RC muscles and set out to do 120's my friends got them set on my chest, then my spotter helped a little geting them over my chest, but as I was twisting them i just did not feel it and let them take the DB's. Got up semi angry at myself and grabbed the 115's and here ya go The Vid of me doing the lift!!!!
I just wish I had had another Animal Shirt to be Repping my Legion!!!!!!
