1 tsp crushed red pepper
1.5 tsp oregeno
1.5 tsp paprika
3/4 cup red wine

**********if youre making less than 4-5 pounds of beef then just use a tsp of each ingredient instead of 1.5 tsp, and just use 1/2 cup red wine and 1 can of tomato!!
oil pot and let heat up on medium heat
add in 1 chopped onion..let cook for 2-3 minutes
add tsp chopped garlic
when the onion and garlic become translucent add in the ground beef and cook until it just becomes brown
then add in 3/4 cup red wine
let the red wine cook down...takes about 1-2 minutes or so
then add the spices
after about 1-2 minutes add in 2 cans of tomatos.
keep stirring and reduce heat to lowish when it boils.
cover with lid but leave it partly open.
let it simmer on low for 1.5-2 hours and keep stirring every 20 mins or so.
the last 20 minutes i take the lid off and stir every 5-10 minutes.
