afetr weigh ins i have about 6 months until i get weighed in again. figure i would use first 3 months for gaining and the other 3 for cutting. what is a normal time line a pro would use? just curious or would you adjust my 3 mnth on 3 mnth off routine?

current stats? and goals? I mean if your high bodyfat then spend most of the time cutting, but if your lean then get bulking and leave little time for cutting... it all depends.

Most pros cut for anywhere from 12-20 weeks to get down to 2-3% BF. You wouldnt need to get down that low, so i would say 10 - 12 weeks

As far as bulking some go upwards of 12 months to bulk. That all depends on the guys. If you were stuck with 3 months, you can certainly put on some size.

Does that mean you made weight??

you can bulk for aslong as you want. As long as your stay healthy and don't eat like shit.

I WEIGH IN next sat the 31OCT09. I am 6'2" down from 277 to around 266 right now.

i have given up on sugar and carbs are old school oatmeal and sweet potatoe or cheerios for convienence factor but they have no sugar and i eat them with water not milk. i cut my pro intake down a lil until weigh in, do animal cuts twice a day. 20 ounces water minium every hour
