Just got done bulking with the Iron contest on the forum and learned a great deal of knowledge from Rage and many others on the subject....but im not finished. I am about 20 pounds below where i want to be. Sitting here at 200, wanting to be 220. For once in my life i feel i have the tools to succeed. My diet is on point for about the first time ever, and my training is more intense than ever before.

4 day split
Mon-arms
tues-legs
wed-off
thurs-chest/shoulders
fri-back

supps--going back to the basics
pak
omega
real gains
pump
storm

Diet--
meal one-10-12 eggs and 1 cup oats
meal 2--chicken breast, baked potatoe, brocolli
meal 3--real gains
meal 4--chicken stir fry, with yellow and red peppers over 2 cups rice
meal 5--real gains
meal 6--gr. beef and rice

i will be checking my weight weekly and giving updates on all my training sessions, i will be throwing a lilttle cardio in from time to time, but nothing crazy. So follow me into the pure insanity that will be my life for the next few months, my goal is to get to 220 by the arnold. peace!

woke up this morning did a little light cardio, and hit the shoulders for a bit....

standing mil. press--2 sets of 10, 27.5 per side.
seated lat raises--25x10, 30x8
cable lat. raises--20x12, x12
upright cable rows--60x10, 62.5x10

then i did about 5 sets of abs, and was done...gonna hit up chest and back this evening, gotta work all weekend and rest....lol

No shaving and eating everything, bear-like, for the winter. Looked great in your Iron Contest pics, great work in that! Wish I could've finished properly.

glad to see your back at it bud, bear like...i like it, thanks man, wanted a few more lbs in that contest but it was a great learning experience, ya wish you could have too, but gotta have priorities and take care of yourself first and foremost.

alright today is my leg day, this is the one area i feel like i have gained a ton over the past few months, my squat is up about 60 pounds, and my legs just look fuller....eating a shit load to prepare for the carnage...

meals--8 eggs with chicken sausage and 1 cup oats, then a shake, then chicken stir fry ove a cup of rice, and then off to do some damage...ill post the workout later...peace

felt a little under the weather yesterday so i rested up and ate a ton....so today will be my chest and shoulders day....out of all my body parts my shoulders are still lagging a little behind, so i am determined to put a little extra work towards them and really make them stand out more.

thanks ttl...throat is feeling sore today, everytime i swallow its like swallowing razorblades, or what id imagine that would feel like...def. getting some good rest in though.

hey thanks man...feeling not to shabby today, throat still is sore and im limited to soft foods, but im making the most of it, appetite is shit, but im sure when i am healed ill be ready to tear it up again....thanks for stopping by.

woke up about 430 with barbed wire in the back of my throat...this sucks, drank about a gallon of water to try and help and reached for the viciodin...after not taking it at all yesterday, oh well, trying to get some oatmeal down, and get my day started...not that i have to much planned, just rest and recovery...hope everyone has had a solid weekend...peace

ya man, the pain has def. eased down, been eating a little more each day...christmas eve will be my first official real meal, my aunt and uncle make beef tenderloin every year...not missing out on that, plus the doctor said i should be good to go by then.

yah jim, feeling much better though, the worst part is in the middle of the night, when my mouth and throat gets all dried out, but im managing, be back in the gym in a few days...cant wait.

so i made my way to gym yesterday for some light lifting, light is the key word...did everything from the waist up, just to get back in the swing of thangs....

flat bb press--135x15, 185x8
incline flyes--45x12, 45x12

seated db press--35x15, 40x12
standing one arm lat raises--20x15 each armx 2 sets

inc. seated db curls--30x12, 30x12
preacher curls--25ppsx10 for 2 sets

skulls--70x15, 80x12
pushdowns--80x15, 90x12

hs low rows--2ppsx12 for 2 sets
seated cable rows--120x15, 125x15

felt a little out of it, since i havent been there in over a week or so, but it felt good to sling a little weight, gonna to lower body today, and take thurs and fri off, and hit up the gym on the weekend....had my torrent and glutamine and was out.

so i took leg day easy today...dont want to over do it and take any steps backwards, especially with project Z coming any day now....

squats--several warmups, 225x15, 225x15
leg extensions--110x20, 100x20
seated leg curls--90x20, 85x20
leg press toe press--3ppsx20, 3pps+25ps x 15
hack squats--1pps+25ps x15, x 2 sets

quick and to the point...looking forward to some real food now, last night was the first night i got to eat something solid, so everyday gonna add a little more to my diet, to get back up to speed, hope everyone has a wonderful holiday, and i will catch up with everyone on saturday....peace

hope everyone had a great holiday, but now its back to the grind, hitting up legs this afternoon, taking sunday off and its back and bi's on monday....been reading up on the 5/3/1 method, thinking about starting that from Jan up til the arnold and seeing how much i like it, i have heard a ton of positive feedback on it, and im always looking for something productive like that....got a ton of animal/universal for xmas, looking forward to start my training back up...peace
