Anyone know of any good websites that lists all facts about sodium/protein/fiber/carbs and howthey affect you in every way. And anything interesting about them? Thx

http://www.nutritiondata.com/ has lots of good info for a huge variety of foods. I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but check it out.

Not quite, I was looking for how it directly affects your body. But this site is actually nice, It's something I can use when I'm thinking about recipies. Thx

that is alot of information and I understand what you are looking for. I have a book by France Columbu written a long time ago that I p/u from my dad that goes over all of that. i wish I could just plug you into one of my trainers brains he has everything memoried (almost photographic memory) until then 8 cans of tuna and two chicken breasts a day will get you your protien.

One of the things I was looking for was what exactly salt does to ya, ups and downs. I've heard you have to hit a minimum amount of salt for fat burning process to take place (or something close to that) anything like that sound familiar?

You said food, really the topic i think is more about nutrition.

Here's a random fact (i'm full of random info!)
Coffee tops caffienated beverages at about 130mg per serving. Coke has about 40mg.
Regular coke has about 1/4 cup of sugar per 12oz serving. a 20oz bottle has closer to a half cup!

The more you read about nutrition and stuff the facts just stick in your head.
