I have been training now for a little over 6 months. I have been getting some great gains, but there is still 2 things that I want. How is it that I get more striations? also how do I become more Vascular?

Both come with severe dieting. Some people are naturally vascular, but you wont see straited glutes, arms, chest, ect with out dieting down

Put in more time under the bar, build up some bulk, and then expect to have to get down to at least 10% bodfat before you're really gonna see anything.

striations come with muscle maturity as well. and yes genes have a HUGE part of this.

Step 1-Train hard and heavy for 3-5 years, minimum, focusing on heavy compound movements and lots and lots of meat, preferably red meat that you killed yourself. Also, drink a gallon of milk a day.

Step 2- once you're about 30-50 pounds heavier than you are now, you may start the "dieting" process. Cut out grains and starches, eat much more red meat, along with some other meats. Try to eat vegetables until you feel sick, and have 2-3 pieces of fruit and 2-3 servigs of nuts and seeds a day.

Step3- During this diet phase, 3 days a week do a cardio workout that starts with 2-3 minutes of jumping rope, followed by running 400m (a 1/4 mile) as fast as humanly possible. When you can run 400m in 1:15, then rest for 2 minutes and run another 400m. Work up to 4 1/4 mile sprints in one session, and by this time your bodyfat should be low enough to see the muscle you've been creating for the last several years.

Note-if you weigh 170 pounds or less, focus more on building size then seeing striations.
