I have been weightlifting for a while now, but within the last 7 months i have been taking it very seriously. I hope to gain about 10 lbs. of muscle before Christmas. I have been taking Pak, Pump, and M-Stak for about 10 days now, and I love them both. I have been thinking about adding Stak to the mix just for more gains.
My diet is definitely in check and I workout 5 days a week. I need some advice on when to take these supplements (Pak, Pump, M-Stak, Stak). I workout at around 2:30 p.m. on mondays, wednesdays and fridays, but I workout at 11 a.m. on tuesdays and thursdays. Here's what I've come up with in my mind:
-Pak w/ breakfast
-Stak 45 mins pre-workout
-Pump 30 mins pre-workout
-M-Stak at 7 p.m. (w/o stims)
Would this be the most effective or should I make some changes?
