I was thinking about trying this stack and had a couple of questions regarding it but first, I am 25, 6'1, 185 and lifted for about 4 years consistently; looking for some good overall gains

a) Is this a good stack?

b) What would be a good daily schedule to take the pills? I typically workout at 5pm

c) When taking Test, I understand it needs to be with a meal. What would be a good caloric goal for this meal?

Any other advice/tips would be appreciated...Thanks

a) That's definitely a solid stack that will pack on gains, so long as your diet is in check.

b) Pak with breakfast, Test with your preWO meal, Pump 30min later, 30min before workout

c) It doesn't need to be a certain # of calories. Just eat a legit whole food meal that fits into your diet.
