Is this the way I should run this stack if I workout at around 2:30?

-Pak w/ breakfast

-Stak 45 mins pre-workout

-Pump 30 mins pre-workout

-M-Stak at 7 p.m. (w/o stims)

That would work or even take M Stak between meal 1 and 2 or 2 and 3 depending on when you get up and when you eat. But there would be nothing wrong with how you stated. I'd save your stims for a later date when you want alot extra boost.
