Whats up everyone. Got a recipe here I just tried out today for some 'Gainers' French Toast..
4 slices wheat bread
3 Jumbo eggs (or 4 medium)
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon splenda
1 scoop Universal Vanilla Whey Protein
1/4 cup sugarfree syrup
Take the eggs, milk, cinnamon, splenda and whey and wisk them together in a bowl.
Fire up a pan and spray with cooking spray. Soak each piece of bread for atleast 1 minute in the mixture pressing down as to make the toast absorb as much as possible.
Fry each piece 2-4 minutes each side until golden brown.
Serve with warm sugarfree syrup.
come out to 825 calories, 25g fat, 94g carbs and 62.5g protein according to fit day
