Well this road is currently the road to recovery, back in May a foot injury from a bike wreck took me out of training, 4 months later (September) the journey began, and today is another day. Tomorrow the road may lead elsewhere....

Goal weight: (cut) 185lbs

I have partnered up with a friend and I expect to see some good numbers by X-mas. The diet is good, supplements are basic and the training is intense.

Legs day from the night before last went well, yesterday was an off day, ate a ton and rested up.
