Having trouble with your workouts/diets? Come on in and let loose and see if we can help. I know we all run into this situation before. So c'mon guys, help out your fellow animal brethren.

Actually, as of late I haven't been drinking water/ noncaloric drinks like I used to. I gotta up my water intake again. I find that I end up drinking water late in the day and gotta piss 2-3 times at night... Kills my sleep time. I gotta drink more earlier in the day. That's my rant.

It's hard for me to find some high protein packed food most of the time. And when I get my hands on it I really don't want to eat it, so it ends up being a battle just to get it down my throat. Every two hours I try to make myself a meal but it ends up being a snack really and that pisses me off, it really shows the discipline it takes to prepare meals and always have food ready to consume in your house.. it also makes things harder when you still live at home and your choice of food isn't exactly a high priority..

hey im new to the sport but ive picked it up full of passion and balls to the wall when one of my 4 boys said daddy your fat that was enough for me i quit smoking after 19 years and hit the weights im learning every day and ive been going at it for 2 and ahalf mounths now im eatin clean 6 or 7 meals a day aprox 1 gallon of water a day i bought m stack and pump along with pak but now i have bouts with diarrea is it because of the upt water intake or what. is this a posible side effect of my stack and should i quit taking it any help thanks

got to cut out the carbs later at night, while on my cut. i definitely skip out on my last meal before bed. but those oats can taste so damn good, with that 2nd to last meal, whether they are in that shake, or with that meal of chicken or fish.
every little bit counts when it comes to shedding those pounds.

It could be a number of things for you to have the butt sludge. But IMO and what I have noticed with my self and friends and other brothers on the FORVM. is that when you havent been adjusted to the healthy eatting/lifting lifestyle for long time. then decide to make a life change and start the new diet and lifting. Your body is in a stage of shock so to speak. it is use to all the junk food and poor calories. then you are pumping healthy food into it. and its like what the fuck is this. It reacts with bouts of diarrhea. I have seen it happen to myself and many of my friends who are getting into the sport. I wouldnt be alarmed just yet. Let your body adjust to the lifestyle a lil bit more. but all in all if it persists see the advice of an dr.

I have a similar problem as of late J. Ive been hooked on Crystal Light and not drinking enough pure H2O. Im pretty sure its making me more thirty and actually dehydrating me a little? Who knows. Making the change though...got groceries yesterday and along with the typical arsenal I picked up 7 gallon jugs to make sure I drink enough. I guess Im going for "if I see it, Ill drink it" haha.

WHEN YOU'R DIET CHANGES AND YOU START EATING A LOT OF PROTEIN IT HAPPENS... HAPPEND TO ME AND EVERYONE I KNOW THAT STARTS EATING LIKE A BBUILDER

Here is my frustration...Im currently 155lbs and I would say roughly 12-14% bf. I had myself convinced to cut and see abs this summer, but after doing so for a couple of weeks, I dont like the direction my body comp. is going...I would end up dropping to like a buck thirty or so to get as lean as I had planned and I REFUSE to look like a damn ambercombie model, so I am thinking of just eating around maintenance (maybe a little higher) trying to recomp. Is this doable? Or should I bight the bullet and shrink down before bulking again?

bro, i was in that EXACT same situation. I was at 150lbs, 13% bf, just cut down from about 202lbs...and i wanted six pack abs, just that. I was getting real skinny(skinny fat tho), and at 150lbs I was like...even when I get ripped, I'll look skinny.

It's not about in the next two-three months, it's in the next years. My thing is I bulked started in the middle of April. I will continue to until 1 week before college starts, and go on a 3-week mini-cut of about 4-6lbs hopefully mostly body fat. Bottom line is you gotta add mass, cause you're going to cut either ways. I think mini-cuts are the way to go, cause if you cut for like 15-18 weeks...those 15-18 weeks you're NOT gaining muscle, and with such bad genetics, I have to keep my body majority of the time gaining muscle.I'm bulking for about 13-14 weeks, cutting for 3...then bulking up for about 15-18, cutting for 5. When you lose pure body fat, even just 5lbs makes you look so defined, and you can do that in a month.

this is just my opinion for what it is worth I think both of you should say fuck the ab's and go the complete oposite direction fuck worying about a cut or mini cut in the iron game mini should not even be in you're vocabulary look at thing's on a much larger scale look to next summer you are talking about 155lbs hell even some one at 190 to 200lbs... just eat everything you can get you're hands on and lift hard do this not for 1, 2, or even 3 months do this from now until next april then after you have packed on 20 or 30 lbs of muscle and you are sitting well over 200lbs worry about cutting. minime you said you refuse to look like an abercrombie model prove it and get huge.

in response to lovejoy: ya, it happened to me and everyone i know who starts eating like a BB'er, it goes away, your body adjusts.


your body isnt used to having SO much protein and water, which is why i suggest to people who ask how they should eat to get huge or they wanna start bulking RIGHT NOW to gradually work your way into it.


if your eating nachos and tons of salt and drinking beer/soda all day then suddenly the next morning its raw protein, shakes, and TONS of water, your body isnt going to be able to use all of it, therefore your gonna be hittin the can a LOT


i say gradually work your way into the diet, this isnt something you can rush, and i wish i did it (i had to keep hitting the can while lifting even when i first started and it suuucked)
