Putting together my Bulking stack for the next five to six months.

The base will be:
A fucktonne of food
Animal pak
Animal pump
Animal omega
Purple wraath untill I run out, then I need another option for eea's and bcaa's
ON whey, untill I need to replace it, then undecided
Bsn mass gainer
A fucktonne of food

I'm considering M-stak, but at seventeen, how much good will it do?

Throw in a casien protein pre-bed time. It's been a god send from when I was waking up at midnight starving to death. Throw in some flex, if your bulking, your going to be lifting heavy. Your joints will thank you. Good lvck!

I'd say pak, pump, and omega along with plenty of food will get you going real good. Gainers are useful but if you have the time and resources to prep all your food and it's all nutritious and calorically dense you won't need it. Spend the money you would on the gainer on the food and you'll be fine.

at 17, focus on solid whole foods, eat your eggs and beef, your stack looks fine, remember the rules on this forum, we dont mention any other brands names on here so just watch out for that...if your looking for eaa's and bcaa's universal makes some solid choices, I would get another whey when you run out, always good to have some protein powder, good luck, hope you see some great results.
