This is one of my personal favorite family recipies.
4-5 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup margerine
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp regular mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder
Set oven too 350 degrees. Lay chicken breasts in a non stick glass bake pan. Melt margerine in microwave on low. Blend marg., honey, mustard, salt and curry powder. Mix well. Pour mixture over chicken breasts and bake for approx 1 hour. Baste chicken with sauce several times during that hour.
Try this chicken with baked potatos or yams. I always use the extra sauce on my potatos.
