Alright fellas ive been working my ass off for a about 2 years now and i am real happy with my progression, started off as a overweight offensive linemen for my highschool and was at 260lb, probably around 16-17%bf. Now im down to 205, 10-11%bf. I'm proud of that but i honestly don't know the route to go anymore, im lifting everyday, getting stronger but i cant rid my damn baby fat around the lower stomach and lowerback, its not really bad but i mean when i sit down i got stomach fat, i dont want that shit anymore. Ive been trying the high rep, high sets and im just getting bigger! Its great, but i still want to go down in bf%, now i dont run much....and i eat pretty well, is it that? Do i need to eat perfectly and start my cardio up? i hate cardio, any suggestions on the type of cardio if needed? ive heard of the whole HIIT thing, havent really tried it out. anyway stats so far, bench is 315lbs, squat around 420lbs, dead around 435lbs. Any suggestion, even just some new routines or shit that you guys use would be huge? oh and should i try animal cutts? Thanks, sorry for this long bitchy post. Oh and im surely an Endomorph..
