Im not sure if this is the right section for this post i would assume itwould go under diet if not im sure ill find out shortly. My question is this: Currently i am taking Whey Protein Animal Paks, And BCAA powder.

Here is how and when i take it if anyone has any input on less or more or other supplements i would appreciate your insight.

45 min pre workout- 1 scoop whey protein 1/2 cup oat meal. Sometimes a pre workout drink like ******** or something of that nature

Intra- BCAA powder 1 serving with 10 calorie vitamin water and 1 scoop post.

Post workout- 2 scoops whey protein

Im 5'9 208 pounds at 15% or so and im not exactly sure wether i want to get bigger or shred down to 6-8% and assess my body at said point. Anyways any supplement advice would be appreciated. Thanks brother.

Well if you want to cut, gain, or maintain would be a huge part of your supplementation.

What i would suggest.

Is a protein and good carbs about an hour before your workout.
30 mins later have your pre workout drink.
Intraworkout Aminos look fine
Post workout, protein plus fast carbs.

Awesome ty brother. I also wanted to know: i forgot to mention im taking 2000mg of omega 3 fishoil 2 times a day and 1200 mg of flaxseed/linoleic acid 2-3 times a day as well. any opinions on this?
