what to take overseas?

I am headed to the Philippines in December for 10 days. I don't know if I will get to do any workouts though I do know where one gym is.

To avoid eating my mother n law out of the house I want to bring some meal replacements powders with me. I thought about doing a weight gainer but I don't know if that would be too thick. I am looking for something under $20. Right now that only thing I see is Unisyn by U.N. Does UN have anything in packets? I am thinking packets would be easier to carry over vs a small tub but hey, if I have sacrfice I will.

Any ideas?

Unisyn is sold in packets. But you could also use real gains, and simply portion it out into small zipper lock bags.

When u get over there, just buy your own milk... and drink a shitload of it every day.

PRO/CHO/FAT.... Milk is a natural MRP.

Not familiar with UN products but I have seen lots of MRPs at the local GNC and other supp stored over here.
