Alright, i've been in the iron game for 1.5 years now and loving it. The island I live on is pretty small and i was wondering where I stand in the Animal world. here are my current numbers:

Age: 23
Weight: 222.5 lbs
BF: 18-20% (i'm working on dropping it)

Bench: 325 lbs
Squat: 495 lbs
Dead Lift: 415 lbs

keep in mind i only started Dead Lifting 6 weeks ago, doing them once a week, on back days. i don't know why i never used to do them...i know, its stupid......so, how do the numbers look? any advice on anything? where do i stand?.....thanks in advice my iron brothers

Look nice bro, yeah its obvious you haven't been doing Deadlift for gone because my Max bench is 165 i know not that impressive maybe for a 16 year old idk but my max Deadlift compared to that is like 255lbs and i'm sure for at least one rep I can do more

Those are some pretty solid numbers bro! Im 17 ..6'0" and weight 233 with pretty high BF%

My personal best lifts are
Bench-235
Squat-330
Deads- Not sure..never maxed out but i hit 315x2 with a couple left in the tank the other day.

Ive been lifting for about a year but only seriously for about half a year.

Your numbers are impressive! Keep it. You should start a journey...id be subbed.

I'd say that's really solid man. With a squat like that, I'm willing you bet your DL will jump up quickly once you get more time at it.

strivin for more

thanks bros....i will be continuing to work on my DL and BF%..well, i'll start a journey sometime this week. just need to brainstorm what and how i gonna present them....the "island" i'm referring to is an actual island i live on, i'm not regarding it to my body...haha....thanks though
