I have the older can model of M-stack and I was just wondering if this M-stack is exactly the same to the new canned design M-stack?
I also wanted to know should I take the M-stack on a training day with a empty stomach? I just took it and about 10-20 minutes earlier I had some walnuts and cashews then after I took the M-stack and now I'm waiting for the 45 minutes to be up so I could hit the gym.
The M-stack that I have say's Universal M-Stack 21 days, the color is yellow. I dont have the can with me now but from what I remember thats how it looks.
