Fellas,
I was wondering if anybody out there could recommend a site with a decent BMR Calculator on it. It seems that every website implements its own algorithm for calculating BMR and I've seen it vary anywhere from 100 - 300 calories per calculator. I'm starting a bulk and wanted to get my meal schedule and macro's in check before going forward. Not sure if I'm placing this thread in the correct section, so if I'm not my bad guys.
