Just wondering, does smoking a dutch master screw with your gains in any way? What does it screw up if it does of course. Keep in mind that I dont smoke weekly or monthly, just one of those things that happen once in a blue.
If you're smoking a cigar like you're supposed to, meaning no inhaling, then it shouldn't affect gains. But you have to remember, there's still the chance for all the various cancers involved with smoking.

Gains... who knows. Health... Yes.
No offense here... but IMHO, smoking [anything] is fucking retarded.

agreed with top 2 not sure how it affects gains, obviously if it does, it would hinder them, but you got to look at the long haul, the medical problems it causes is way worse.
nicotine restricts blood flow, muscles need blood, but a cigar here and there, I wouldnt sweat it.

Dutches are not for smoking as is. That is all I will say on that subject.
As said before, nicotine restricts blood flow. It might effect gains a little, but I would doubt the effect is highly measurable. If you're that concerned, don't.

Nicotine also accelerates digestion. So eat up before you puff! ha ha!
