legs and forearms get sore after training, only these two body parts the most, almost 8 out of 10 times I train them they get sore after wards, while other body parts get sore once in a blue. Am I over training them??

no, soreness again means nothing bro. If your adding weight to the bar + getting bigger then your set.

then work the other body parts twice as hard or put some more weight on the bar

I know where you're coming from. You're not overtraining them. My legs and chest are generally the only parts that get sore for me. Legs I think is most anyone. My bis, tris, delts, and back hardly ever get sore. You're on the right track with your training I'm sure. Nothing to lose any sleep over. But you can always push the numbers. Ha. Keep driving, brother.

when youre getting sore in the few days after a workout, does that mean youre hitting those areas pretty well? or does soreness not really mean a whole lot in the big scheme of things?
