Nitro.

I have started a new stak of :

Pak
Stak
Pump
Nitro Pre
Nitro as soon as i have finished Training,
Torrent 30 mins later after the Nitro.

Is it ok to take Nitro before and after and should i be only 1 pak,if its only 1 pack when is best time to take them.

I have order 2 tins of Nitro to run with with the Pump and the Stak for 21 Days.

id say take it before and after....if your gonna do one than take it pwo.
