did chest today...

flat bench --- (warm up 135x10 ; 185x10 ; 205x10) 225x10 ; 295x6 ; 315x3 +1 forced (2)
incline --- (w/u 135x10) 225x10 ; 255x8 ; 275x8
flat flyes --- 45x10 ; 55x10 ; 75x8
dips --- bwx20 (3)

nice numbers and pressing... tho if u can dip 20x at the end of a wo.. imo time to add some weight! just saying lol

the dips i do... i do 10 normal and then my partner and I do a thing where we pulldown on eachother until the point where you can barely complete a rep... and then repeat that 10 more times for 1 total set..

back today..

reverse grip ez-bar row --- (w/u 110/10 ; 160/10; 160/10) 210/8 ; 230/6 ; 230/5 +2
forced
close grip pullups --- 4x10
one arm dumbbell rows --- 70/10 ; 80/10; 90/10 (3 second positive/3 second negative)
romanian deads --- 135/10 ; 225/10 ; 315/10 ; 395/8
dumbbell pullovers --- 110/15 (2)
flexed arm hands --- 3x10 sec each

floor sweepers --- 2x20 holding 225
crunches 3x25


i work a 36 hour shift tomorrow... with all hopes we wont be busy.... I plan on doing legs tomorrow with some stairstepper with a weighted vest and 200 lb dummy drags x 50ft for cardio..
