Try chest supported t-bar rows or close grip pulldowns to isolate them after your back workout, but to really add some size, do barbell rows and deadlifts.....nothing will beat those movements

bb rows...deads, wide grip chins, db rows......t bar rows, just focus on the squeeze.

just focus on the squeeze.

break the nut between your shoulder blades!!!! it is the easiest way to teach someone. use the muscle and check your ego. You'll get better results doing it this way then worrying about how much weight you are moving.

deadlifts
rows
wide chins
t bar rows( go classic style, no chest supported crap, grab a barbell, load up one side and row)

I wouldn't go that far man, they both have there positives and negatives. chest supported allows you to better control the weight and to get a real big squeeze. It also takes out a lot of the cheating that is done with traditional t bar rows. i say do them both, keep giving the body new reasons to grow.

just shift HEAVY weight

eat lots

sleep lots

and then have a look at yourself in the mirror in a year. your upper back will have grown

then continue to shift heavy weight, eat lots and sleep lots

then look back in the mirror in 5 years time and your back will be thick

easy!
