Time to start my journey. Iron is the only constant in my life as of now, and a constant is something I need more than anything. First off, a little about myself, and some numbers:
I'm in the Air Force, stationed at Langley AFB in VA. I'm a martial artist of 10 years, having practiced Tang Soo Do, Combat Hapkido, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Krav Maga. I've been lifting for 4 years, but it's become a more serious part of my life in the past year or so. Numbers as of right now are:
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 165
Bodyfat: 8%
Bench: 185
Squat: 305
Deadlift: 405
I'll be starting a 5 day split next week, and I'm very much looking forward to it.
