Well this is my frist post here, First post on any forum site. I've been on here for a while, motivation and what not. But now i need to get serious. Right now i'm a fat slob. 5'6 and 163 lbs. The doctor said i should be weighting 124 lbs, But i want 135 lbs or 140 lbs.
I wouldn't mind 150 lbs. Well enough about me and my body.
I have the chance to go to the gym every day, & I got protein.
I just wanna ask for a quick diet, From 6:30 am, till whenever it's needed.
Please help, I've never been on a cut. & I'm determined to drop the weights.

Kriss, how old are you and whats your diet like now?
