View Full Version : How to take Animal Pak, Animal Cuts and protein shake

Hey all,
I'd like to know hw should I take the Pak with Cuts and shake while trying to cut.
I workout in the morning, I take the Cuts on empty stomach, workout (weights+ cardio) and the Pak with lunch (I'm in doubt if I should take it immediately befora I eat or some minutea after), when should I take the Protein shake?

here is how i would go about that stack
cuts on an empty stomach in the AM
Pak a little later in the day
protein shakes all day

but i could help you about 99% more if i had your stats
your weight. your routine, YOUR DIET and obviously ur cutting

I am 19, 1.84m tall, 86kg, 15% bodyfat.
I try to have a low carb diet, I usually have tuna, grilled chicken breast, vegetables, salmon sometimes, no sugars except from fruits (banana,grapes). usually 2 main meals per day and 4 "snacks" (tuna or fruit).
My ultimate goal is to get to 6% body fat.
I usually workout in the morning, 4-5 times per week, I hit the weights(split routines) for about 2 hours and then I do cardio( 35 mins threadmill at 10km/h, 35 mins elliptical machine)
I started this almost 2 months ago and I was over 20% body fat and weighed 95kg. (Not new to the gym though).
