Much Training for the top body and bottom in each session,i normally train 1 day on and 1 off .

Its got to the stage were i train 4 times a week due to work,I train a lot in my garage which has a rack Oylmpic Bar and weights ajustable bench and free werights up the 80kg..

Here's The Routine Feel Free To Butcher it.

Monday Workout A,Chest & Shoulders & Triceps

Incline Press 4 x 12/10/8/6
Dumbell Flys 4 x 12/10/8/6
Flat bench Press 5 x 5 Reps
Cable Cross Overs 4 x 10/8/6/4
Mililtary Press 5 x 5 Reps
Side Laterals 4 x 10/8/6/4
Upright Rows 4 x 10/10/8/6
Tricep Push Dns 4 x 10/10/10/8
Skull Crushers 4 x 10/8/6/4

Tuesday Workout B,Back & Legs & Biceps

Dead Lift 5 x 5
Seated Cable Rows 4 x 12/12/10/8
Close Grip Reverse Grip Pull Dns 4 x 12/1/2/10/8
Barbell Rows 4 x 12/10/10/8
Wide Grip Chins 3 x 8/6/6
Squats 5 x5
Standing Calves 4 x 12/12/10/10
Leg Extension 3 x 10/10/10
Barbell Curls 4 x 8/8/8/6
Dumbell Incline Curls 4 x 8/6/6/4

Day Off

Also running Pak.Pump.Stak Nitro Pre/Post Torrent.

Chest/delts/tris and back/bis/legs actually isn't a bad way to run a split imo.

What you're doing could work, but you can't lift with all out intensity like that 4x a week.

40 sets each workout is overkill.. Period.

I would do 3x a week fullbody keep it simple and keep it short

Look into a Madcow 5x5 workout scheme, or the infamous Starting Strength Program.
