k so most of the time when I train biceps, right after doing 3 sets of curls and 3 sets of hammers, I can't even scratch my head they feel so pumped so what is my body trying to tell me that I should stop? or should i move on to another 3 sets of concentration. Also with tris and other parts sometimes my body parts are pumped up before I hit my last exercise. So whats my body signaling?
