Drinking my preworkout drink now, and getting ready to tear some shit up tonight. Calve is a little sore from legs two days ago, but not gonna let it slow me down. Todays workout:
Flat bench: 5x225 for reps 10-13
Incline DB: 5x110 6-8 reps
Incline BB: 3x135 until failure
Cable fly's: FST-7 technique

Then some light biceps, I know triceps are the typical compliment, but my biceps need much more help then my triceps so there you go. Let me know what yall think about this workout.

Instead of the FST-7 on flys I did 3x12 on the cables, and then did the FST- 7 on flat bench, and got an insane pump.
