I'm cutting down to 8-9% while maintaining my muscles.

Problem is, its hard as hell to have the intensity in the gym because:

a) either calorie deficit, OR carb deprived + calorie deficit

b) i work a LOT with crazy hours. 6pm-9am. Lots of those, plus regular day shifts too. that coupled with full school schedule.

I don't want something that will keep my up for days on end. i just want to something to help me bust out an intense workout after a 15hr shift and i'm dead tired, and hungry.

Any help is deeply appreciated.

What are you looking to spend brother?

I would go with a combo of the Animal Nitro or Nitro G which will help with minimizing the muscle loss while on a cut and the Animal Cuts which is a fat burner that will help to keep your metabolism elevated so that your body will be burning calories even while you are sitting around doing nothing. In addition, it will also flush out water weight that your body may be holding and it will help keep you energized with the energy complex in it.

Whatever it takes. I've got Overtime coming up, i'll replenish my account.

Venom- THanks for the info. I'll definitely look into that. Animal Cuts are definitely on the plate. I'm gonna check out the Nitro G.

Solid advice.

Assuming your using the Pak? On a cut, Pak plays a larger role...
