Good afternoon brothers. It's been a LONG time since I've posted in this forum. Looking back, I regret not sticking with this forum because when I was at my best, I was active here. I contribute that largely to the mindset that everyone has. I just completed my first semester of law school and had surgery to repair an umbilical hernia. A follow up visit with the Dr. is scheduled for tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone who has had a similar surgery can share their experience on the road to complete recovery. I plan on following the Dr.'s orders, but we all know that they tend to be a little conservative. Any recommendations on what I should be doing? I've regained the ability the use my abs in everyday activities and no longer have any pain. It was an out patient procedure that took about an hour to do, so nothing major. Thanks again.
