I'll give you the quick version becouse I have a Hockey game comming on,eh!
0ne can each,Red Beans,Green Beans,Peas,Lima Beans, carrots, celery, one big onoin diced,Tomato Paste(about a half of a small can),5 Bay Leaves,a big pinch of Tarragon, pepper or Frank's Hot Sauce and Lowery's Seasond Salt to taste. Ad water to get the thickness you want. I use this as a base and then put chopped chicken, beef, or tuna in it,or just use it for my veggies. The tuna is pretty good. You can use frozzen veggies too. I also put a lot of garlic in it.

Ok..this will take a bit of time...

Thai-style chicken soup

1 tsp canola oil
1-2 fresh red chilies, seeded and chopped
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 large leek, finely sliced or scallions (about 8)
2 1/2 cup reduced fat/low sodium chick broth
1 3/4 cup reduced fat coconut milk
1 lb boneless, skinless chicke thighs or breasts cut into small pieces
2 tbs thai fish sauce...yes, fish sauce (specialty section/asian section at grocery...with coconut milk)
1-in piece ginger root, peeled and minced
1 tsp sugar or splenda
3/4 cup frozen peas
3 tbs chopped cilantro (optional)

Heat oil in large pan. Add chilies and garlic and cook 2 min. Add onions and cook 2 more minutes.
Stir in stock and milk and bring to boil over med-high heat.
Add chicken, fish sauce, ginger and sugar. Lower heat and simmer covered for 15 min. or until chicken is done and tender.
Add peas and cook 3 min. longer. Stir in cilantro before serving.

Dont have nutritional content on this..its pretty lean and delicious!

Soup is always a problem for me...it is like trying to put out a forest fire by pissing on it. I usually eat until I feel like I am going to explode...but I am still hungry...damned soup.

Hey thanks Toni!

I did the deed and here's a quick breakdown:

I based it on 6 servings if 1 serving was approx. 1 cup or a little more (although some of the beasts in here would probably eat double servings)

Total Calories = 198.4
Total fat = 10 grams
Total Carbs = 14.1 grams
Total Protein = 13 grams
