im a strong believer in giving your body a rest from strict dieting, training and supplements.

that being said, i dont want to put on huuge amounts of body fat and lose muscle, so i eat relativly clean and still keep up some moderate excercise like walking.

what i eat is usually made up of milk, eggs, haggis, bacon, beef, beans, plenty of salad and water.

anyone else do something similar?

Of course. Staying lean is not the only benefit from proper dieting. I'm sure most people will agree with me on this.
