this will be used about the end of feb

Am thinking something like this twice a week

Hang Clean and Press
squats
pull ups
Stiff leg deadlifts
bent rows (not bent over rows)
incline bench
core
I will also be adding in 1 body weight work out and 2 Plyometric workouts

goal strength and endurance and a bit of lean muscle
