um sure. but who knows. could be terrible. depends on what else your bulking with. yea im talking about the food your consuming.

I took a look at real gains, haven't used it but really liked how it looked.

that being said, your diet is going to be the most important factor with your mass gaining, but those supplements are all gonna help along the way

Very important questions here. The supplements will help, but as they are called, they only supplement. The more important part is a sound diet. Search around the forum. There are a lot of good bulking diets to be found.
