I'm about 5'11 160, 21 years old. I lift at the gym 3-4 times a week for an hour.
I was planning on taking the recomended dosages of both;
2 dosages of cuts a day/1 dosage of pak. I have also been taking whey for over a year now post-workout.
But because I'm already skinny, I was wondering if I should stick to 1 dosage of cuts? Or should I stick to 2? I don't want to take 1 dosage if it neturalizes the affect of it and makes it useless, at the same time, I don't want to hurt myself by taking more than I need.
I'm looking for better vitamin intake, defintion, energy. I'm a novice so I don't really know all that much.
Any replies thoughts would be much appreciated.
