Hey guys over the past week me and my workout partner have noticed a significant difference in my left bi,tri and shoulder strength and appearance... I cant figure out why this is or what is lagging. Any suggestions as to why this is happening and how i can fix it?

I got the same freakin problem! I am a lefty, but my right side (in general, my whole body) is much stronger than my left side. I am also starting to notice different, the right side of my pecs is slightly bigger than my left side. Between my arms though, my right upper arm is 1 inch bigger than my left side. Mostly the triceps is bigger.
I guess that is because of my accident I had about 10 year ago. I tore out my shoulder and almost broke my upper arm bone. Maybe I have been using my right arm more over those year to protect my left one (without knowing it) and so my whole right side became stronger...I don't know, but it pisses me off that I cannot seems to change that.
Did you have an accident maybe?

Yea i broke my back a few years ago. Now that I think about it i do tend to put more pressure on my left foot when i walk. Things just never quite healed right. I am also left handed so quite possible I was using my left side to protect my right

start doing more single arm/leg movements to bring them to the same level. After my knee surgery I noticed I would push muhc harder with my right leg when doing squats, so I just did unilateral movements for 2 months until both were about the same strenght. My right leg is still a bit larger though, some things you just have to deal with.

there is muscle imbalance, but if it was the case it would only be lagging a little bit, you sound like it's laggy behind alot.

Hi bros, I know what you mean. My whole right side is stronger and therefore a little bit better developed than my left body side.
I am starting to get a grip on it tho. I concetrate more on my left side. You know, less weight and more trying to concetrate more on my muscle-mind connection. Hoping it will help...any tips are welcome.
