So its been awhile since Ive been around here.
My stats are 20 years old. 175 lbs. 5'11' I dunno my body fat. nothing very high Id guess anywhere from 10-12% at most.
Squat - 295x8
Bench - 225x8
and some other stuff lol

But I decided to juice (yes I brought it up on here oh well)
3 weeks in my gf talked me out of it. I was havin some rough sides that someone my age shouldnt have. in the end I decided to come off. That was 2 weeks ago.
I feel like shit. and Im just lookin to bring myself back up. I feel like Ive takin the easy way out by trying that. Now Im looking to redeem myself for the time being by getting back up to 185 like I was last year. Yesturday was legs, and it was an off day cause my hamstrng was bothering me again. Today with be some chest/bi's

we'll see how this goes.
