Hey guys, its time for me to stop the bullshit and get on track. i go to the gym 6 days a week, but dont have a plan. its disorganized but effective, but really want to focus on what i want to do.

5'6"
160 pounds
BF: 20%

Im built stocky but bigger the better. Im not ready to start my cutting phase, so i still need more mass.

Monday/ chest biceps
Tuesday/ back triceps
Wednesday/ legs shoulders
Thursday/ biceps triceps
Friday/ back chest
Sat/off
sun/off

thats my workout with 30 minutes of cardio after each time

my supps are animal pump and size on

I have been lifting high intensity for the last couple months, and know that this will help me stay on track
